What we offer
NextWoo provides a Next.js storefront template for WooCommerce and related services: setup, customization, migration and maintenance. Information on this website is a general description, not a binding offer; each project is scoped individually after an audit.
Honest expectations
The storefront is designed to improve loading speed, Core Web Vitals and mobile experience. We do not promise specific search rankings, conversion increases or a perfect Lighthouse score for every store — real results depend on your catalog, hosting and traffic. Plugin compatibility is assessed during the audit.
Audits
The free audit is a written assessment based on publicly available data and the information you provide. It is informational and does not create any obligation for you or for us.
Payments and refunds
The template is a one-time purchase with a 14-day refund window, provided it has not been deployed to production. Services are billed in stages agreed in advance; the final stage is only due after the launch checklist has been verified together with you.
Intellectual property
The content of this website — text, layout, graphics, logos and code — belongs to NextWoo. The template is licensed, not sold; the license terms delivered with it define permitted use. Everything that belongs to your store — content, data, brand — remains yours.
Acceptable use
You may use this website for its intended purpose. You may not copy or republish its content without permission, scrape or data-mine it, reverse engineer or interfere with the site, upload malicious code, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to it.
Liability
The website and the free audit are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the template or service in question, and we are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. The current version is always published here with its date; continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
