Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-07-12

This policy explains what data NextWoo (getnextwoo.com) collects, why, and what your rights are. In short: we only collect what you send us plus basic analytics, we use it to reply to you and improve the site, and we never sell it.

Who we are

NextWoo is operated by the Foundation for the Development of Entrepreneurship “Twój StartUp” (Fundacja Rozwoju Przedsiębiorczości „Twój StartUp”), registered at ul. Żurawia 6/12, lok. 766, 00-503 Warsaw, Poland, NIP 5213641211, KRS 0000442857. It is the operator of this website, getnextwoo.com, and the controller of your personal data. For anything related to your data, contact us at hello@getnextwoo.com.

What we collect

When you request a free audit, we receive the store URL and email address you submit. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and troubleshooting. We also collect anonymous usage statistics through analytics cookies — see “Cookies and analytics” below.

How we use it

We use your store URL to prepare the audit and your email to send you the results and follow up on your request. Analytics data helps us understand how the site is used and improve it. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the site — pages viewed, device and browser, and approximate (city-level) location. Google Analytics sets cookies and currently loads for all visitors; we do not run a consent dialog on this site today. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser at any time, or use a browser extension that blocks analytics scripts, and the site works normally without them. We do not run advertising or remarketing pixels, and we do not sell or share this data for anyone else's marketing.

Third parties

The data above is processed by a small number of providers acting on our behalf: our hosting provider (server logs) and Google (Google Analytics). The audit details you submit reach us by email and an internal messaging notification so we can respond. Some of these providers may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards such as EU standard contractual clauses.

Legal basis and retention

We process audit requests on the basis of your request (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries; analytics runs on the basis of your consent. Audit requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and are deleted on request; analytics data is retained for a limited period and then aggregated or removed.

Publishing anonymised audit findings

We may publish an anonymised summary of an audit as a public example of our work — the measurements, the findings and the reasoning, with everything that identifies you removed: business name, domain, product names, prices, contact details, staff names and any branded screenshots. We name a business only with your written consent, which we ask for separately and which you can decline or withdraw without affecting anything else. If you would rather we did not publish an anonymised version either, email hello@getnextwoo.com and we will exclude your audit.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and similar laws you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and withdraw analytics consent, at any time. Email hello@getnextwoo.com and we will act on it promptly. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
